Reverse Bite

Prominent lower teeth – This is where the lower teeth are forwards of the upper front teeth. Also known as a reverse bite, underbite of class III malocclusion. It can also be caused by a combination of the jaw and tooth positions. The upper jaw can be to far back and/or the lower jaw too far forward. Why a Reverse Bite Matters

A reverse bite is more than just a cosmetic concern. When the lower front teeth sit ahead of the upper front teeth, it can cause several functional and health problems.
